Event Description: SPEAK is an environmental student organization on the campus of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, and we are planning to hold the first annual Recycling Awareness Day on campus. The goal is to raise awareness of the recycling programs that are available in the city of Lafayette, to encourage young adults to get involved in recycling where they live, to show people how easy it is to recycle and to gain support in our efforts to work with the Student Government Association to make our campus more Green.
